Do you provide TV mounts?

TV mounts are not included in the installation price. We can install a mount provided by the customer and are happy to recommend a suitable option if needed.

Do you hide cables inside the wall?

We do not provide in-wall cable concealment. For a clean appearance, we recommend using a surface-mounted cable raceway. If fully concealed wiring is desired, we recommend consulting a licensed electrician regarding code-compliant solutions.

Can you mount a TV on brick or concrete walls?

Yes. We can mount TVs on drywall, brick, concrete, and many other wall types. The installation method and hardware may vary depending on the wall structure.

Can you mount a TV above a fireplace?

Yes, in many cases. Before installation, we evaluate the wall structure, available mounting locations, and heat exposure from the fireplace to determine the safest placement.

Do you provide insurance documents for buildings?

Yes. We carry General Liability Insurance and can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) when required by your building management. Please check with your building in advance regarding their insurance requirements, as some buildings may request specific coverage limits or additional insured information.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. We provide a 1-year workmanship warranty from the date of installation. If any issue related to our installation occurs during that period, we will return and address it.

Most standard TV installations are completed within approximately 30–90 minutes, depending on TV size, wall type, mount style, and site conditions.

Our TV mounting service includes professional installation of your TV and customer-provided mount, precise leveling, wall assessment, and cleanup after installation. If the mount requires assembly, we will assemble it as part of the service. TV mounts are not included.
